Tuesday AM Workout

Every Tuesday morning, BedStuy Flyers offers a free workout in the early morning. While the track at Boys and Girls High School is closed for renovation, we’ll be posting our workout time, meeting location and workout details the day before on Instagram.

Thursday Pizza Coven Neighborhood Run

BedStuy Flyers offers a free neighborhood run Thursday mornings at 6:30 am. Meet on the SW corner of Marcus Garvey and Putnam.
